MTA No Anti-Cheat SD16 Error on Apple M1

Crazzak

Question

Dear MTA Community,
Maybe anybody have here a Solution for my Problem ?

I was trying to play MTA on the Mac mini M1.

I use Parallels whit the Windows 10 ARM Insider Preview (because Crossover 20 Performance on the M1 is pretty weak yet) and GTA runs pretty good, even SA-MP and MTA on Servers whitout Anti-Cheat.

When I want to play on my fav. Server it says to me that the Anti-Cheat Component is missing (error SD16), I run MTA as an Admin and tried the Nightly-Builds but that was not working.

My MTADiagLog:

Read the SD #16 note at https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Anti-cheat_guide#.3Cenablesd.3E.3C.2Fenablesd.3E

There is a problem with your PC or set-up (e.g this issue of some anti-cheat components being disabled can happen sometimes in Wine, Mac, and other emulation software like maybe Parallels as you mentioned that you use it.. usually due to unsupported implementations) and the server you're trying to play on has enabled SD #16. This means the server chose for increased anti-cheat protection by not allowing any disabled anti-cheat components, and that choice is up to them.

So unfortunately, unless you normalize your setup, there's no way to play on that particular server. That's all we can say, but i hope it helps.

MTA support on Mac is on a best effort basis, and proper functioning in all scenario's isn't guaranteed.

Hey Dutchman101, thanks for your Answer.
Can you maybe tell me where the Anti-Cheat is located, is it Wow64helper ?
In The Win10 ARM Preview Version you can chose in Settings different Emulator Settings maybe this could the Fix.

Nope. That all has nothing to do with anti-cheat or the issue.

You're off in understanding what this is all about so much, that I don't think it can still be explained to you. Sorry.
