Guest
Hello, first of all I'd like to say thank you for your great work. Next I'd like to make some suggestions. 1. Serverlist refresh Im having a ISDN connection atm and in the first version of MTA this wasn't a big problem as long as I used servers close to where I live. Now it seems (dunno if that really is new with the actual version, but I didnt notice it in the first version) that the serverlist is getting refreshed automatically when I start MTA and also when I disconnect from a server. Due to this server refresh I receive a huge amount of data what makes the game nearly unplayable for me. In the first version I only refreshed the serverlist on start of MTA and if needed every now and then. But now its getting refreshed all the time and my connection is beaten down 2. Serverlist data A useful option would be to be able to copy and paste server data. Having a right mouse menu with copy ip, port, servername or something similar would be very nice if I wanna play with friends. 3. Switch to desktop This last point interacts with point 2. I cannot switch back to desktop for e.g. giving a friend the server data we could play on together. I guess this is not possible because the game would crash when switching to desktop. I noticed that when being involved in other GTA SA online mods. Is that right? Well anyways, it would be nice if you was able to switch back to desktop and chat in IRC/ICQ/MSN with people to share server information or any other things. Thank you for your time and regards, nubbel Link to comment
erorr404
1. This was already suggested and it will probably be done. 3. There was a crash caused by alt-tab in the first version for some people, so they had to disable it. It would be nice to have it though I agree.. Link to comment
Leviathan
Using xfire, your friends can see the IP you're playing on so they can insert it into the quick connect box. Link to comment
CoZ
3. There was a crash caused by alt-tab in the first version for some people, so they had to disable it.
