Substitutions do not work

I don't have any mentions that I install, like installing, and when I turn on MTA, I don't have a podminanki, IMGTool and GTA Parking don't help, it worked normally before ... reinstall mta / gta did not help as much as restoring factory settings in Win 10

You'll have to modify your mtaserver.conf file found in: MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\ to allow clients to connect with custom gta3.img.

As far as I'm aware this will resolve the issue.

It did not help, but in the script that a colleague gave me, it works, I have no idea why they do not work for me replaced in GTA: SA
