I had this happen to me one time.

Ok i have 56k so i get some higher pings.

I was doing a Race and it counted down then when it said GO i couldnt go. I sat their for 30 Seconds and eveyone else could drive.

Then it just said Suspected Trainer usage Same Message you got

Yes, that happens if the connection between you and the server is disrupted for some reason. The best way to fix it is to just reconnect.
