Hey I am getting Vice City for PC soon and I was woundering if it is easy to control in walk/run mode and in-vehicle mode for Keyboard and for those who use a joystick i would like to know the same thing. Plz dont lock this moderators cuz this is the only forum catagory that will fit this post.

Who uses a joystick for anything other than flying? Keyboard + mouse of course.

Using a keyboard for mta is very simple, you`ll get use to it anyway.

most 3th person games or any types of shooters where you can walk, arent meant to be played with yoystick. I bet there will be support for it, but trust me, it will suck

Playing GTA/MTA with keyboard will be much easier to play.

Its the " On Target, Auto Aim " i wouldnt like to see in future releases, killing would be alot more easier which wouldnt be much of a challenge.

Yeh auto aiming would really suck.

Thats why SA on ps2 and consoles is such easy

hey its good both ways i think when im flying i use joystick when i am dricing , running i use keyborad but its your choice any which way you want

Sure

Press Esc > options > ( settings whatever ) keyboard settings ( or controls whatever ) > redefine controls > voila now you can change them the way you like

Keyboard, at first I bought a joystick. But I couldn't get figure out how to use the buttons. So I quit. 20$ down in the dump.

I'll agree with 404 here. Joystick is only good for flying simulators (jeez I haven't played 1 of those in awhile).

For those that don't exclusively play console games (and aren't aware of it). Mouse + keyboard control is by far more precise for all purpose gaming than either joypad/joystick. Unless in specfic circumstances. Such as a flight sim, etc.

I use the Joypad for flying and driving

but when I need to aim my gun, I'll use the mouse

That's not a keyboard, it's a car accident.
