MTA Full screen Drops

Hello, Im having a problem that started 2 days ago.

I opened mta like always and I joined a server that I Join always. My fps started to run about 10-16, when normally is 54 (server limit). I restarted mta and in the menu I have like 1 fps, I move the mouse and in about 1 sec it moves like a drop. I have this problem only in MTA. My gta sa is working good. I already try to reinstall gta and mta and the problem continue.

I discovered that if I open it in window mode it works ok.

i had this problem but when i restart my PC sometimes the game work fine but other times the issue back

Hey Guys, @qaisjp help me with this problem and the solution for me was disable Game Mode from Avast anti virus. I'm happy ;D
