Mta stutters when I move mouse

Hello, since I use Windows 10 MTA client lagging when I move my mouse, when I press the middle mouse button everything works normally and then I release it and it start lagging. It does this even on servers.

If you still have problem

Run the game as administrator and run the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode

It happened the same and fixed it
