Way to specify locations?

Using MTAMA (or some similar method) I would like to be able to specify one or more of the following

1) player spawn spots

2) weapon spawn spots (and what weapons get spawned)

3) vehicle spawn spots (and what vehicles get spawned)

Is this possible? This would be a server I am hosting myself.

you need to edit some files.. its not a script..

i would call it modding..

In MTA this cannot be done (for now :P )

I think should go play vc-mp..where some the above can be done :)

CeoZ: Where are these files that need to be edited? Are you talking about editing a text file, or would it be more like making .scm files and editing binary files? Is there any documentation on how to do this?

Yes, for all three of your questions, you would have to modify the SCM. But then the spawns would only be different for you, and you're not allowed to mod it anyway.

Static, I would have all of the people connecting to the server run the same modded files (this would be at a LAN party so it wouldn't be that hard). Is there a way I can turn off the mod checking? After all, I and every one on the server want to mod it, and we trust each other.

You can hack the server and client exe's, but you have the slight problem of this:

2. You are not allowed to alter any binaries or libraries that came with the software. This includes, but is not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling and hex editing. An exception can be made for educational purposes although this requires a new license which has to be requested to and approved by the MTA team or when such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation

*Note: You are not required to accept this License, since you have not signed it (not accepting means you are not allowed to install/use MTA). However, nothing else grants you permission to modify the program. These actions are prohibited by law.

3. Using this software together with other GTA3/GTA:VC modifications is prohibited by this EULA. This is not a cause for termination of the license but can result in further actions taken by the team or other licensees.
