And I don't think you actually are the first MTA:SA clan since there is C4, Orange Groove Families (I think they died out in 1 day ), ESL Bloods and San Andreas State Police*. And also, as Mophead has said, most of the existing clans will be active in MTA:SA *Found the gangs by looking through the first 4 pages of the Gangs section in the MTA Forums Good luck still
