barankaplan05 Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 What is the counterpart of MTA functions in single player GTA San Andreas? My English is bad, if you don't understand what i'm asking, there is a more simple question: MTA functions = What(in single player)?
AJXB Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 Doesn't work that way, functions in single player are different, yes, they have the same result, but they're not written in plain Lua, they're compiled. What's the point of your question? or is it just knowledge? ~ This has to be the worst board post I have ever read. It simply makes no sense. You start off by talking about space or something, then you randomly start babbling about cupcakes, and you end off with random fish names. ~ Don't listen to this guy, any board with the categories 'dinosaurs, spaceships, fried foods, wild animals, alien abductions, business casual, robots, and fireworks' has true potential.
barankaplan05 Posted June 13, 2018 Author Posted June 13, 2018 I will try to convert MTA scripts to GTA San Andreas. But I don't know nothing about that BTW, there is a mod named "MoonLoader" for single player that can load Lua. MoonLoader link
Saml1er Posted June 13, 2018 Posted June 13, 2018 That won't work. You cannot run MTA's Lua scripts in GTA San Andreas. Although, it is possible to use cleo scripting for MTA, but you won't have that much freedom because it has some limitations.
barankaplan05 Posted June 13, 2018 Author Posted June 13, 2018 I know I can't. That's why i want to convert.

The process you call converting, requires you to rewrite the entire script, and I doubt if you'll be able to do it fast, although you can if you understand cleo scripting. There's no easy way around this.
