Takes few seconds to re-join MTA

yo, whenever I press the windows key to go to the desktop, and afterwards I wanna go back, I need to wait for something like 10 seconds (which can be critic at some points). I was wondering if there's a reason for it, and what can I do to get rid of that problem? (also it's new, wasn't like that before).

Go to settings > video > and set screen mode to "Borderless window keep res"

Nevermind. Guess it was connected to "Focus Assist", and needed to turn all of the options off. Thanks to @Danx for the help, and thank you all for trying to. Topic can be closed.
