i already tried to Reinstall my MTA and GTA Sa, also reset my pc , but nothing happend.

I would like you to take all of the steps listed there, including the final one if you have a laptop and are using generic ATI/INTEL/NVIDIA drivers rather than OEM model-specific ones, but the majority of those steps depend on which drivers you'll need, and I can only assist you with that if you provide me with a log;
