Install these drivers;

Also rightclick the sound icon on taskbar while MTA is running, then select ''Sound mixer'' and make sure MTA application volume isn't turned down, this is a common and easily overlooked mistake.

If it still won't work after all that, go to Documents > GTA San Andreas userfiles and delete gta_sa.set & start MTA to regenerate it, then make sure in MTA sound settings everything is turned up too. @iLuminaToR98
