We're aware of these WMNetMgr crashes running rampant, triggered either by the latest Windows 10 Fall creators update, or some change on our side.

Please try with https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.5.5-full_rc-11728-20171011.exe and use it for a while, let me know if it reduces the crashing or completely solves it (try to avoid auto-updating, if you see that happen re-install with this installer before starting MTA again)

It's due to minclient version setting that specific server uses, it's either using this MTA revision to play on other servers and get us more information (only select players are affected by these crashes, we cannot reproduce it) so temporarily laying off your favourite server.. or getting back on the latest MTA version and coping with intermittent crashes until we find out more on our own.

EDIT: We're unable to find the cause of these WMNetMgr.dll crashes, they are triggered by recent Windows 10 updates that may have exposed underlying bugs in MTA that we are yet investigating to uncover, WMNetMgr is related to Winsock/Windows networking interface. It can also be that Microsoft introduced a bug with their updates. The crash at offset 0x0005C426 is by far the worst, amongst a few other ones.

A short term solution is rolling back your Windows 10 build, if you really want to play your favourite servers without intermittent crashing, until a solution is ready. Next, prevent Windows 10 auto-updating or just use a pre-Win10 OS or PC, although not recommended as it's just caused by Windows updates from last month. @ianlot
