Your security software (IObit Malware Fighter) is preventing MTA's CEFLauncher.exe from being loaded.

Sounds like a typical false-positive, it's recommended that you whitelist CEFLauncher.exe in IObit configuration, and forward your version of the file to their support team as false positive (I cannot verify if they are really detecting our version of it, your copy may still be infiltrated by malicious headers/code if your PC is infected with a virus that can infect other .exe files on your PC) - we haven't received similar reports other than from you and I cannot see the original file being detected on virustotal.com

However if you want us to submit the FP, and allow me to better advise you whether or not to whitelist it in order to run MTA, please upload your CEFLauncher.exe at http://upload.mtasa.com and provide me the link. @medo7

Alternatively you can submit the file through http://virustotal.com and see whether it's a different link/entry than MTA's original version of CEFLauncher.exe, which should be: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/acd0015fc434b8cae9a9a295c3f08f532b563f81e4a5de2f5fa456ff65e78626/detection

If it's a different hash/link or opposed to that link, shows any detections, it means your CEFLauncher.exe file was tampered with, by another infection on your PC, in that case you should run both a full antivirus scan, and a malware scan.

It's not even related to the original CEFLauncher.exe, it's a renamed malicious file. The only match between MTA's CEFLauncher.exe and yours, is the name. (this means there's more going on than just a virus infecting random .exe's on your PC)

This is a scan of yours: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/8bc255fc0fc273c00a284a81a747a43da4e71a8a4ac32769573d6deadcd1a718/ also compare the ''details'' tab on the earlier supplied link which was for original CEFLauncher. You can see a low (heuristics) detection radio but the file has also been handled by security researchers, seen one of the filenames is ''Virusshare''.

Steps to take:

- Run a full IObit malware scan (as it detects it, it's a low detection ratio infection) make sure not a quick scan but full system scan, because it can replace .EXE's from any installed software

- Run a full antivirus scan, and also a scan with another antimalware scanner, such as Malwarebytes.

Quarantaine & delete everything it finds obviously, after that you should still uninstall MTA and completely re-install it.
