Well, I am gonna try to play more now, but last time I looked at All Seeing Eye, none of the GTA3 servers had any players in.

Why would you need to make the Dodo even easier to fly? It's not exactly rocket science to fly it

Make it a WMV, mucho smaller filesize still keeps good quality also.

I get 30 fps while recording with fraps, and I'm alright at editing So, when I get some spare time, I might have a jab at it.

They have colour codes implimented in Call of Duty, I can't code myself, but I dont think it would be hard to put in, If could be something like: ^ then a number and the flashing "|" would turn a differant colour. An example list would be: ^1 Red ^2 Green ^3 Yellow ^4 Blue ^5 Cyan ^6 Violet ^7 White ^8 Orange Just a suggestion...

Or maybe, they gave you it after a certain ammount of kills, or you could buy it in ammunation for a very high price

I mean there are differant levels of ingame admin (1,2,3,4,5) (/msg admin addadmin [DK]Lips106 pass level). I'm trying to find out what permissions each level of admin has, like i know level 1 can't ban. etc

I think it would be something like, you have an add-ons folder in your MTA directory, and when you connect to a server, it allows the relevant files that are allowed, to be used. Correct me if I'm wrong thought
