Well I think most players "jaws are dropping" after reading that, especially those veteran players that have been around playing each beta, waiting for such changes.. and they all come at once. New players, veteran players, moderate players, whatever.. all probably want the same thing, and that's for the gamplay to represent the single player type style, with 100% accuracy etc. The reason why say veteran players especially is because they have been around watching each beta gradually progress.. wondering if changes would ever quite be possible to make the game single player like (in it's accuracy and gameplay fluency). Then as I said, all at once things are ready? Multi Theft Auto is ready.. I know its a hard question to answer but is there any sort of date at all as to when "blue" might be expected to be released? I know that it's in its somewhat early stages as was mensioned but is there any sort of estimation as to when it will be done? A half year.. a year.. tomorrow?? -DooN

Kung.. you seriously have little to no vision.. this was to organize a full 26 player gta3 server (which hasn't happened far as I've seen), then have a few admins around, and then try a few different type of events.. dodo challenges, etc etc.. team vs team... also down the road the same thing could be done with vice city.. half the city cops half the city robbers? That would be cool, and it isn't done "every day". Perhaps I will organize one down the road.. there still may be a little get together this weekend but we'll have to see. That's that.

So I make a legit post, and it's locked. Then someone comes on my thread which im trying to get an organized event going.. flames it.. and no one cares. Seems the MTA always takes things into selfish acts.. Whatever benefits them. Perhaps why you only have a handful of gamers online that know about this mod. This event is off, obviously none of you took the time to respond or care, and the only ones that did were permitted to flame, and basically talk about things other than the thread meaning. No more posts/talk. MTA team (if that's what you are going to call it... laugh) should take a look at how they handle things and the crowd they aim to please. If a event such as to this magnitude can't quite be organized yet.. as I was saying, instead perhaps let's organize a full 26 player server of gta3 sometime next weekend, we can try out different type events.. 1v1's, dodo challenges, team vs team etc. or if anyone has any good ideas to try out we can do that. Or if not, atleast a full 26 player server would be interesting to see with GTA3. I'll put down a time and everyone should try to make it if they can. -DooN

For the past little bit I see a decent amount of players on the GTA3 servers, but for some reason they are all never on at the same time, usually just 10-15max. Seemingly how a few servers hold GTA3 26 player limits it would be kinda fun to get everyone on there at a set time.. then for example we could do some organized things .. perhaps try a team VS team thing, then car wars or a dodo war contest, etc. Admins should be around so we should have no problem organizing and keeping it from being messed up, interupted, etc. The same thing could be done with Vice City if this goes well.. The name Kick Backs meaning, like a get together kicking back, hanging out and kickin' it, laugh. But also there are other senses for the name that refer to GTA. So It's kinda good fitted name for the occasion. Or the it could be called the GTA Olympics etc. Or if the date needs to be set in advance..it could even be in October and called GTA Octoberfest. People could even change their server names (adding the name of the occasion or something like that) or put up an extra server for that day if they could/wanted to. The only thing would be the time zones difference that alot will have, but if everyone wanted to do it, we could work out a time that most would be on probably. Tell me what you think. Even just getting the GTA3 server full to 26 and doing some stuff, seeing how that is, would be cool. But we could take a little bit further if alot participate and declare it like a holiday almost. -DooN

Maybe because I've helped this game grow.. I've spent alot of time on it.. I never, ever cheat, I dont start crap, and I have the right to express my opinion, especially when it is easily justified. Those are just a couple of reasons. And if he has much better things do to .. don't look at the post at all, let everyone flame it, no matter, my opinion will be made as I should have the right to do, and I will still be able to read feedback and see what others think.. perfect example: Dystopia's reply post in the original thread of this, was a good start. He stated admins should basically be more aware of what's a good player and what's a cheating player and that admin basically should be handed out to the proper people (people that basically know what's going on). Good suggestion and headed into the right direction. Who knows there could even be a set standard for a "proper" or experienced admin down the road, hah, you could even have to admin certified in a way, laugh. In all defense for the leaders of KFC... earlier in the whining war, Kung and I exchanged some heated words.. and if there was going be a banning that would have been the time cause we were going at it. He ended up leaving etc. not even so much as threatening to kick, then when no one was around the other lil' minions went to work and banned me. Basically just showing that admin should be handed to the proper people. Then later on I told wheel why I had been banned and he said he would unban me, but never responded if he would talk to the people abusing admin or not, etc. etc. And that is the main point, If I get unbanned I could just be banned again for something lame another day as with someone else. Which is why admin should indeed be more closely followed by those that give it out and overall control it. Also perhaps if MTA wants to have the game grow they would even encourage proper admining (wow what a shocker) in order for people to be treated fairly and continue to play the game, have servers to play on and too keep the good/legit players playing and get rid of the cheaters (another shocker). My other thread was locked... for a lame reason.. why is this bump? Cause it's pointless? I have the right to speak out on servers in which support this game, admins can obviously ban the way they want but they shouldn't is my point. They should kick for the proper reasons. I wonder if/when GTA:SA will be coming out for PC.. probably a few months to half a year down the road. The bigger question is if MTA will try making a multi player mod for SA as well? -DooN

Are you able to do something like hold back the ability for someone to drive/fly untill they have a license? That would be a great solution, it would give you something to work for.. your somewhat privledged to be able to drive the car around etc.. you could even do something like after so many car kills you license gets taken away or suspended. But if you had to go out and work to get your license, and then to get your pilots license that would give people motivation to be pedestrians.. etc. and whenever you get a car kill you don't get any money anyways to help you towards buying things. -DooN

So if their are players out there that are "more experienced" then obviously something is to be learned. Weapons are balanced to some extent.. on close quarters perhaps stubby is the best.. it's a "stubby shotgun" meaning powerful close range, alot of battles end up like that, thus you use stubby perhaps. Then far range you have the m60 etc. People camp out with m60 here and there from far range, nothing a stubby can do there. -DooN

Now what a second.. let's think about this. That means you will have to stop EVERYONE from car killing = alot of kicking and banning. Let's not forget the name "GTA" basically refers to cars. Now if you are just in a closed group, give the ol "no car killing speach" .. but in a public server .. most people don't even read the MODT, especially "noobs". So having no car kills will be a kicking/whining/banning fest for the most part. Also it's not impossible in any way to dodge cars, it can be done and perhaps with ease for some. People that are having a tougher time with car kills most likely don't quite utilize their radar and other such tools keeping then informed of cars and out of harms way. Sometimes if you are in a duel with say 4 people around you, perhaps you aren't paying too much attention to radar and then you get smashed into a wall by a hunk of metal on wheels but that's that, keeps you on your toes so to speak. For the most part it seems some people just want to be lazy, run around with a weapon, find people and not worry about anything else.. this is indeed GTA.. watch for cars and other such dangerous things (choppers, etc.). Keep your eyes open and be aware of you surroundings and you should be fine. 'TIP OF THE DAY' If a car is coming at you, move. Laugh. Move left, right, back... even to the front, run at at the car and then just "jump". An experienced player can look at the radar with the car coming form behind, not even actually seeing the car but just the radar and still dodge it with ease. Sometimes you even bait the car so to speak.. waiting for it to get close enough pretending as if you have no idea it's there and then quickly pulling a dodging maneuver. -DooN
