That's a horrible way at looking at it. You cannot enter "who's got the better computer" into a competition of skill in MTA. It just makes it completly unfair if you can move faster than the person you are against. The standard of 30fps i think is fair with there being no need for it to be any higher, and i would never turn my FL off just for a cheap advantage over someone, doesn't feel like you're actually winning at all.

I'd have to say mine was when i joined an empty server on one of the first days of 0.2 to see how it all handle, someone talked to me in th chat (admin, but i didnt know that at the time) and i got scared and disconnected After that it was when i used to randomly run around on servers as a cop, trying to beat "teamers" and teaming with anyone that didn't like "teamers" Hehe, how i see the irony now...

why not put them all into 1 group? 1 or 2 matches between all countries and then 2 semi-finales (1 vs 3 / 2 vs 4)...fair enough The only problem i see with this format is that you would sort of have an idea on who would win out of the top four due to the results in the league. Also if the clan that came 2nd/3rd/4th won the final knockout tourny then i think there would be a few "dis-agreements" over who really was the winner with the winner of the league I think it could work though

Well as these aren't offical matches then how are they important....every team hasn't even had any pre-season matches so it is a terrible way to mould a seeding system around. Im not even sure what that rule even adds to this tourny

lol, I can see any team captianed by Boro dropping out after their first loss because of some silly argument over rules or something IMO this whole voting thing is a little stupid. If Kris wins, all the players that wanted Boro as captain won't play, and if Boro wins, all the players that wanted Kris as captain wont play, and I see good players on both sides Team Poland will never be at it's full strength. Pity really.

Is been a while. I apologize for the current status of this league, I am currently without internet, and have been for a while now as i have moved house to find no internet connection. I am not sure how the community is going at the moment, whether people are still moaning about 0.5, whether even half these clans are still alive/active or still want to try this 0.3 league but with the lack of activity i guess people don't care I may be back one day to fix all this mess but untill then Chode

The main problem with this is that there are no "official rules" for a gang war so im not sure what needs to be changed. As long as the opposing clan is using the time respectivly and not doing stupid things like pissing about getting certain cars or waiting as one of them tries to get every gun, then crashes and starts over, then i would prefer no time limit. Say if they were slowly thinking of a clever way to attack or just scouting the area for a while, i see no harm in it.

lol do you even know what you are talking about? You started off with "Everyone was interested with vc-mp" then you go into it was our un-organization. How exactly do you make people play? If people want to play vc-mp then i'm not going to stop them! and what are we supposed to turn up for. No-one has informed us of anything, as like you said they are all playing vc-mp. If people really want this to start, then start asking around and arrange matches. Any troubles, we are practically always around, and as you can see "watching this thread" If you would also like to check out our website, i believe you'll see it is far from "un-organised" A lot of work has gone into this league and it wont die, We just aren't going to force people into playing

Ok, now that it has begun i will post the rules for refereing matches. 1) At the moment only me and DomSpy are officially referee's. We may require help, but this would only be available to more mature trusted members of the community (i think we know who is/is not ) If you are interested contact either me or dom, do not post in this thread about it 2) Matches will be allowed to occour referee-less (ie. no referee present) however if there are any problems during un-refereed matches, they will have to be redone and a rematch will take place. This is therefore only advised for clans that know and are freindly with each other. If you think that the opposing clan will try and abuse this rule then get a referee This is at your own risk, however if we see any clan repeated havingproblems with matches then they will be under a close watch i will only offically accept match results if the outcome is gven by both clans Addition We are currently working on a "clans" page which will give specific details about how that clan is doing in the league, with some statistics. We also want to put on here an e-mail address for contact purposes, prefferably a msn so clans can easily get in touch with other clans. We have quite a few to put up anyway at the moment, but confermation that these can be used publicly will be needed We are trying to make this as easy as possible for you guys and hope you havn't forgotern us

There is no set amount for players in any gang, however even sides would be best, and probably at least 5 v 5. The respawn rule will aid any gangs not able to find enough players, but this is hopefully just a last resort rule as i would much rather see even sided matches. Just to clarify, shotty pickups are not allowed in the first two rounds, but anything goes in the 3rd All updated and if i should have the site updated by the time anyone reads this post. More information will come about how/when to organize matches.
