Maybe your ISP has a firewall. Ask your ISP if they allow server hosting.

Sounds like you were in another dimension. Can you see players in other servers?

Looks like the problem is between these two points: 12 109 ms 109 ms 107 ms ae-1-60.edge5.Frankfurt1.Level3.net [4.69.154.9] 13 186 ms 193 ms 191 ms be100-152.fra-5-a9.de.eu [91.121.131.5] It is a link between Level 3 and OVH. There is not much you can do except hope the problem is temporary.
