I think mta_mysql.dll depends on VS2013 runtime redistributable: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784 Install vcredist_x86.exe if your MTA server is 32bit (which it looks like it is)

The %MEM column shows mta-server using 15% I guess the VPS ram usage graph is including shared/swapped memory. Ask your VPS provider for clarification.

@Dutchman101 is correct. MTA uses a client-server system, so player IP's are not shared.

The problem is caused by Linux filenames being case-sensitive. e.g. radar is not loading because meta.xml contains 'cursor.lua' but the file is actually called 'Cursor.lua' Fix all the filename errors shown at starup, and try again
