Delete or rename the current resources location. e.g. If Settings->Advanced->Client resource files shows `C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch` then delete (or rename) `C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch` in Windows Explorer
