Not quite correct. The parameters work on 1.0.4 and above servers. They will affect all connecting client versions. velcan1, get 1.0.4 server!

Remove d3d9.dll from your GTA directory

Thanks for the info. It looks like the permissions in the install directory are incorrect. Please download and run this: https://updatesa.multitheftauto.com/sa/files/MtaA ... ssions.exe

I Would like to know why it doesn't work on Windows 7 for you. Would you mind helping by following these instructions? 1. Download Process Monitor from here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... s/bb896645 2. Unzip 3. Download https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/ProcmonM ... ration.pmc and put it into the Process Monitor directory 4. Start Procmon.exe, and select the menu item 'File->Import Configuration' 5. Select the 'ProcmonMTAConfiguration.pmc' file and press 'Open' 6. Now start MTA and wait for crash 7. Go back to the Process Monitor window and select the menu item 'File->Save...' 8. Press the 'Ok' button in the next window 9. Rar or Zip the file 'Logfile.PML' (with a password if possible) and get it to me somehow Thanks

1. Download 1.0.4 again from here: http://www.mtasa.com 2. Install to a brand new directory (important) 3. Turn off firewall and anti-virus 4. Test If that doesn't help, please tell me: 1. Your exact OS 2. Name of your firewall 3. Name of your anti-virus
-
Example of problem please
-
Try renaming Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set to Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa_backup.set If that doesn't help, see if your firewall/anti-virus/anti-malware etc. is blocking MTA at all.
-
Please try with the previous version of MTA: http://www.busign.nl/mirror/mtasa/MTASA-1.0.3.exe

Add a user to in the Admin group in acl.xml: <group name="Admin"> <acl name="Moderator" /> <acl name="SuperModerator" /> <acl name="Admin" /> <acl name="RPC" /> <object name="resource.admin" /> <object name="resource.webadmin" /> <object name="user.yourname" /> </group> And assuming the admin resource is running, you can register in-game with: /register yourname password Then login with /login yourname password

I am guessing that GTA is trying to startup using a non existing video mode (due to the monitor change). Try deleting Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set

You can check port openness here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/ports

As dzek (varez) said, the file is OK. Do you have it in the correct location? i.e. mods/deathmatch/mtaserver.conf

Try this: 1. Ensure GTA San Andreas directory does not contain d3d9.dll 2. Get the lastest MTA from here: http://www.busign.nl/mirror/mtasa/MTASA-1.0.4.exe 3. Install it to a new directory i.e. "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas test"

Set next map only works for 'Race' resource

Ok, launch your local MTA server, and when it's fully started up, follow this link: http://127.0.0.1:22005/killmessages/icons/chnsaw.png You should be able to view or download a small file. Now try this link: http://127.0.0.1:22005/killmessages/ico ... dildo1.png Does that work the same?

Is it always the same error message? Even on different servers (incl. local) ?
