Some ISP's have equipment to detect and throttle BitTrorrent traffic, and MTA can get caught by this. Solution #1: Complain to your ISP Solution #2: Switch ISP

If the line is at the edge, then it's because the image does not have power of 2 dimensions. If the image is 100x200 for example, scale it up to 128x256 in a paint package

Actually, there was a bug in the old version where anyone could access the admin panel maps tab. This was fixed and to access to the maps tab now, you have to add the 'general.tab_maps' right in the ACL. Edit: Or just use the latest admin panel, as it will now add the missing right automatically: http://code.google.com/p/mtasa-resources/downloads/list

As far as I am aware, only older client (1.0.3 and below) have this problem. To fix: set in your server mtaserver.conf to this: 1.0.4-9.01752.0

I think the main bottle neck for xml files is the loading and saving. Try modifying the scripts to minimize that. If you want to, PM me parts of Castillo's scripts, and I can look over them for any performance issues.
