    It will change it back to the first version where the hot-coffee mod is possible. A waning must be issued: MTA does not work with any other mods changing the MTA files and I personnaly think you're sick if you want to use Hot Coffee... just my 2 cents

  5. There were ranks within the old script and also it displayed the highest players with there order of standings, these aswell could be shown on the website and on servers which had the script running. Working on it

    If you dont get the "MTA:mA manual for dummies" as descibed above, just play on other servers, it will be a wate of time anyway trying to set it up yourself....

    You can always use timers to detect floods and kick automatically. You dont even need admins for that

    Its not possible to ignore them with mIRC / MTA:mA, you need to kcik them for these things (or send a warning)
  9. For the current status: see the blog. If there arent any updates, the team doesnt talk about things or they just dont have anything too say. We are working hard to get MTA:SA DM released as soon as possible. Updates on the blog wont speed it up. Please understand this. Thread closed for uselessability
  10. MTA:mA GRS:Global stats was stopped because of abuse and a database crash which couldnt be fixed. We (old GRS devs, not the MTA team) are looking into GRS possiblitites for Race atm, for deathmatch actually i dont know if we even can build it due to the problem of logging too much. But as i dont have DM details, i really dont know.. Well see

    Find a piece of code with another !command line and insert it there. Or find someone for you to do it. Please keep in mind, if you dont understand what and why you are doing things, the chance of completely f*****g up is huge!

  16. Authentication should (and i guess is) encrypted anyways. Telnet just sends plaintext commands over a connection, but that does not matter. Encrypting that commands will not secure the connection any more as using a plaintext connection. The authentication of the admin service is the only problem that matters at thi point.
  17. That rule is on IRC proecting the ops. If the rule wasn't active, the PM would get loaded with PMs of ppl with simple questions. This way we force them to ask them in the channel and everyone can answer them.

  21. Well, i was talking with my expierence of MTA:VC MTA:mA scripting. I havent really looked into the SA version, so im not sure. I guess it is not if you say so
  22. That is allready possible with MTA:mA scripting in the current versions (except the killing if violated, warnings are possible)
  23. There is a big difference between MUST and CAN. If the game needs to have 64 player slots, you need a lot of bandwith to send all the information. Even when minimised using a very good netcode, just need to send a lot of location information and other data. This problem should be taken into account as well. The team will find the best number of players in which MTA can be played with the most fun for as man players as possible. Just wait and see if it will be 2 or 200 players.. or something in between... or maybe more.. Who will know...
