  1. Only if you claim you are over 18. We believe we are providing a good place for gaming-related chat, as long as it adheres to our forum rules. Should you think otherwise, you can always contact us if you have some complaints regarding our moderators. Feel free to pm those to a Global/Lead moderator (you can find them here: memberlist.php?mode=leaders) , preferably not to me though as I won't be reading them for a while And lastly, on to this topic: providing feedback is a constructive criticism; throwing insults is not. Please make sure you know the difference.
  2. Uh, okay... ( viewtopic.php?f=13&t=45831 ) (haven't used a forums.mtasa.com url in the past myself)
  3. We already have a converter for race maps. You can find it here: http://files.mtasa.com/apps/1.0/

  5. Ciekawe, ciekawe. Jakiś firewall włączony? Upewnij się, że MTA nie jest blokowane (albo domyślnie, albo z automatu, chwilowo - na skutek nagłego dużego ruchu sieciowego). Jeśli masz router, może pokombinuj coś z QoS'em (Quality of Service) i ograniczeniem prędkości ściągania. Możesz również próbować zmienić opcje Browser Speed (->slow) i Single connection (->on). Obie są w kliencie MTA - Settings, zakładka Advanced.

    Help with computer

That's precisely what I have meant. It's up to you, but desktop pc's are usually cheaper and easier to maintain and upgrade. Laptops are less powerful, but are smaller and portable.

Does it have to be a laptop?

    MTA Wallpapers

If GUI was disabled, then Extra 2 would be wallpaper-worthy with some minor adjustments.
  9. I have removed offtopic posts. This thread is about domVPS, so please discuss that.
  10. Well, good luck. If I may have a few suggestions for you, get that 0.5.1 version out, provide some post-release support and updates if needed, then make a full focus on the Blue port. Also, get your site up and running asap - it is your showcase after all.

  12. Granted. If I made a mistake in the forum name, please let me know and I will correct it. Enjoy.
  13. This is because even though the game might be in the same base version (eg. v2.0), the executable file will still differ between various retailers. The downgrader utility unfortunately does not cover them all. Also, I am not sure if it would even work for you if you have a digital edition - after all the converted game would require a gtasa dvd to run. A no-cd seems to be the only solution for now. As long as you own the license to play the game, you will be fine.
  14. Interesting. Let's see if there will be more people in favour of this.
  15. Quite an impressive amount of supporters within just a few hours Keep them coming and we will see what we can do.
  16. Oops. Sorry, that was a mistake on my part Should be corrected now. Thanks for the feedback.
  17. You should not run it as root, or have it in the /root directory if you are trying to run it as a regular user. Make a new user (# adduser someuser), log in as that user, download and unpack the mta server(and resources and configs) to its home directory, then try running the server.
  18. apt-get install lib32readline5 , probably
  19. There is no reason why MTA:SA 1.3's editor should not work for you, so the problem is on your end. You might want to try to install a new MTASA 1.3 copy into a path which does not contain any non-ASCII characters in its name (eg. G:\MTASA\1.3\). Then, make sure that the folder you have installed it to does not have a 'read-only' attribute set (right click on that folder, go to properties and uncheck the read-only option). Use the installer from this page: http://www.multitheftauto.com/ (click the Download button). Once you do these steps, launch the newly installed MTASA (go to your G:\MTASA\1.3\ folder and launch multi theft auto.exe) and see if your problem still occurs.
  20. We are always interested in getting bug reports and input from the community, but we do not always have the time or resources to fix everything so some things have to wait. We know what we are doing so there is no need for you to worry. You get this for mod for free, so please refrain from upsetting the people who bring it to you. Topic resolved and closed.

  22. You seem to be missing DirectX SDK. Make sure you have installed all the needed packages before compiling. List of needed packages: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Compiling_MTASA
