maybe u were on a slow server or u had too many open programs, it happens to me once a while.. but its ok after i close some programs that opend in the backgroup but again... my pc s_u_x

anyway, that public ban list sounds ok to me.. like a http://www.mtavc.com/banlist.html that will be all on the officials, and that some unoffical server's admin will check it, and update his own list thats way all servers will be secured.. but thats just a thought
