    Crash problem

    knightrider, if you don't have anything useful to say - don't say anything. thank you. random crashes are a bit common to gta/mta. is this happening totally randomly, or you see any connections between crashes and gameplay?
  3. read your router manual, i cannot guess which one you have or how can i do it in your model..

  7. post meta.xml, and be sure that your folder is called File not file or something (1st letter = capital) and i believe your resource root should be: resourceRoot = getResourceRootElement(getThisResource()) why? read there: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/OnResourceStart and attach your 2nd event to resourceRoot too
  8. knightrider, please don't make triple post.. there's edit button! You wrote 3 post within 5 minutes .. Feche1320, go into: MTA\mods\deathmatch\resources and remove EVERYTHING Or you can try to install MTA to new, clean destination..
  9. if you were talking about switching over and over - yes, its time consuming. i thought about one switch, just to have another player connected - this don't need much time. i knew that virtual machine + gta will be pain for computer.. i used to run few VM, and even simple games was bit laggy..

  11. hm, dont have a clue why.. but you can try to set timer for it, to make a little interval between setting position and camera target. Or if this is not a problem - try to set camera client-side in your destroyPedB event (idk if you use this event somewhere else, and this will cause problems)
  12. yuk.. i cant believe ppl really listening to this there should be no discussions about somebodys taste, but 80% of map videos are with music like that.. this map will be one big mess with more than one player! (with ghost mode off)
  13. oops, you're right, ctv seems not to have edf map gamemodes you can set in map settings (icon to the left of definitions) on "gamemodes" tab.
  14. I think you forgot to show us some code But what can i say without? I think you could add same action for button and image - so button and image will trigger what you want. But probably this could be solved by setting right parent element for images. I'm not sure as I never created image on top of button, but we could try this.. Anoter extra option is to include this button border into image - so there will be no buttons, just clickable images
  15. use ACL. Probably he wants to replace internal login with custom - some ppl wants to have all player data (this means accounts too) in one MySQL database, or something (this was just example, not sure what Piorun wants to do).
  16. onClientPlayerJoin will NEVER be triggered for local player.. This can be use on local player to do something on ANY player join, but not local player. Why? Becouse first you join the server, then download scripts. When scripts got run - you are already joined for few secounds.. This is popular mistake. Use onClientResourceStart instead And don't forget to attach it to getResourceRootElement(getThisResource()) instead of getRootElement() ps. I'm almost sure that you can't draw Polish letters like "ę" ps2. Notice that on wiki page of onClientPlayerJoin there is text: "It is triggered for all players other than the local player.". Read carefully next time
  17. where you got this client side? i suppose you stole it, as this is not only generated gui but buttons actions too - and if you really wrote it, creating server-side is easy as 1-2-3.. and.. do not double-post please we're waiting for your answer

  19. To be precise - accounts are moved from accounts.xml to internal.db since 1.0.4 version, thats why you got confused I believe

  21. lol, and virtual machine isnt time consuming? o_O KagerA - make two windows accounts, run one mta/gta, then press windows_key + L choose another account, run another mta/gta..
  22. he edited his post.. he just put few lines of code, without even putting it into tags and he should use [lua] tags.. and without single word as description.. whatever Sandro: theres a problem in mta/gta/whatever streamer.. collisions are reverted to default after sometime.. you have to refresh it some time (make a command for players to let them do it manually, set a timer, replace collisions on element stream-in, etc).. you can find more info about it on forums - there was few topics like this one
