Yes... Headfonez said he would add a readme in later... The main scm is supposed to be small, theres no missions or anything, just the map viewer. Also, The buttons I've found to DO THINGS are shift, ctrl, alt, space... and the arrows. If you want to start playing and basically mess everything up, hit enter. You'll have to start a new game if you want to map view again.

Also, the video, like the other guy said it would be, was NOT timed right with the music. there were several hard hits which nothing special occured. and the music did not go with the words at the end, a little bit more spacing to make them fit would have been nice, so the text would change on the hard hits.

I made it up. I just heard they stole a lot of user made mods for gta3 and used them in gta-vc, so I supposed maybe MTA (which has been contacted BY rockstar) would be incorperated in some way into gta-vc pc. Probably not, with these damn delays.
