I am not sure if you guys visit the main page of TGA very often so i felt i needed to post something here to make sure everyone gets the news. TGA is going through major changes, our host bailed out of the contract we were in and is now trying to charge us an outrageous price, we ended up changing hosts and we are going to have to make some cut backs. Thats basicly whats going down, to get the full scoop on all the changes, the new rules, and the cuts that are going to be made go HERE

I fixed the link ramon, and i updated the stats at the beginning of this post. The updates will be made on TGA once we get done with all these changes.

Xenex, my MSN is [email protected] But honestly i don't keep very many stunt vids on my PC, all of them are on the server, several people have said they have been getting alot of corrupt files lately, let me know the file names and i will see what i can do. Your best bet is Chaoswolf(when he comes back) When we lost alot of our shit back in January, he had alot of vids on his PC. I am sure he has all the SM stuff.

Concerning The Gamers Alliance Well, the day has finally come where we are beginning to use more bandwidth than our server can handle. In an effort to lower our bandwidth I am going to do the following things... ~ Delete pictures on our picture uploader that are older than 1 month(already done) ~ Adjust the image uploader file size so that it will only accept images under 100K(NOT the video uploader, only the image uploader)(already done) ~ Delete videos and files in our download section that get the least amount of hits (less than 10 per month) This will help drastically, This is all in an effort to be able to stay on the awesome server we are currently on. I am going to start deleting old images immediately but old videos will take a few days, so if you want them then grab them while you can. Ofcourse we aren't going to be deleting classics like Decan's Stunt real, Vice city tribute, and Gang Wars although some of the older(and crappier) stunt videos that don't get very many downloads will be getting the boot. If you surf through our downloads section you can see how many hits each file has so you know if your file falls in this category. Ofcourse we won't be deleteing files that have been newly added and haven't had a chance to get enough downloads, only old files will be deleted. I know this doesn't pretain to MTA but i also know many of you have your vids hosted at TGA and wouldn't want them deleted without anyone having a backup of it. All to often someone comes along and asks for a video they created and no one has it anylonger.

Ok the file is up on TGA now... heres the link: http://www.thegamersalliance.com/php/mo ... ery=Galore About the video: nice editing, nice music, to many stunts, although some were very good. to help your vid from being so long in the future here are a few tips... ~ Is the stunt just a jump over a gap? leave it out, get another one with some rotation or something to make it intresting ~ have you had another stunt at this location? only have about 2 stunts from the same location, pick the best and stick with them. ~ choose only your VERY best stunts, it makes your video better as a whole and people will remember your skill. Overall a good vid ~ Bloody

Well all in all this was a good video, far above the majority of other stunt videos out there. Although, I would not rank it within the top videos of all time. Some of you are saying there is no original material left in vice city, i think you are completely wrong. I like the fact that the community no longer considers a 360 a bad as hell stunt. To me watching someone do a 360 over a gap is just boring. Just because things have been done doesn't mean you can't do them. I have seen things in many peoples vids where i am thinking to myself "they could have done that soooo much better" these people find the spots, they just don't give the spot time to reach its full potential, therefor leaving the spot for a more experienced stunter to come in and truely pop its cherry. Its like the old joke goes... Where the new stunters are the young bull and the experienced stunters are the old bull and the cows are the stunt locations.. JOKE -> there are two bulls standing on a hill top over looking all of their cows, the young bull says to the older one "lets run down there and f**k that fine cow ass cow!"... the older bull says "how about we walk down there and f**k 'em all." Basicly, you can do whats been done before just do the spot alot better, which in many cases isn't hard at all. Anyway i am in class now and this is all i can type right now, about to head out to another one. I will finish this post later.

Alright i updated the stats here and on TGA, Just incase no one noticed we have waited 3 months for someone to break the rotation record and now two guys broke it within a day of eachother. Sorry ramon but as soon as i got your entry Barney entered his 3227 rotation. Both are nice stunts, take a look at the landing of barneys, couldn't have been more perfect! I just updated the stats on this post, but the stats on thegamersalliance.com won't be updated for another day or two. Also there has been some videos uploaded to TGA challenging the rotation record with a PCJ, I haven't had a chance to review them yet but theywill be updated soon after the review. one is 3227 degree! Agreed, The vid could have been less then 15 minutes if there were no slow mo shots. Slow mo every now and then is ok, but there is way to much. just increase the speed by like 25% and it will help ALOT. Also the replay text thing did bother me a bit... If your not going to get rid of it all together atleast try to keep it consistent. I didn't notice very many bad camera angles, so thats good. There were some filler stunts but you deffinetly had some that were very nice as well.
