i dont think so im running the game from image i tried uninstalling the game instailling from my original cds but still i get the spinning disc i tryed a google search and it seems im not the only one with the problem and still it only happen when i installed sp2 if i do a system restore back to sp1 i dont have any problems

well this is wierd i downloaded a nocd crack and that works???

tryed delete set file still it dont work i still get a spinning disc when i try to start the game (mta is stil working no problems there)

After installing windows xp sp2 gta-vc wont run i just get the spinning disc i tryed system restore and now it works again is anyone else having the same problem and if so can anyone fix it!

Its seems ASE gives out the wrong ip hope they fix it soon because i tryed connecting using the right ip's but no luck nothing happens

I would like all gamers with this problem to just drop a comment here so whe can get this sorted out, perhaps the administrators of the official servers can look at the server config if that's the problem, because like i said in top post i had no problem just 10 or 12 days ago. Some of you may say just play on some of the other servers, well i do but the cheat problem is way out of hand with flying busses, flying trucks, and so on.

I dont think the the basic XP firewall is the problem i have turned mine off and still get no connections timeout, beside when i played a couple weeks ago i had no problem. i tryed loading up a ghost image of my OS from when i was playing the official one the last time but still no luck

hmm i still cant connect to any official servers im begining to think some admin has banned me. okay new question: would i get thees disconnects timeouts if i was banned

I get disconnect timeouts when ever i join official servers any one else having this problem i can play on all the other servers except the official ones. problem seems to have happend after i reinstalled Win XP but cant say for sure since i havent played in some time

I keep getting accuse of cheating all the time just because people cant hit me but i can hit them, its people like Rizzo and Tweak who ruins the game 4 others by claiming that other people cheat. Just today i had an argument with Tweak on of his statements was that he use to be a hacker and there for could spot another hacker and he said i was an hacker. Im getting real tired of this BS, it seems some people dont know that it is allmost impossible to hit a guy (me) in a tree, so i must be cheating i dont understand why people like Rizzo and Tweak dont try this aswell so they can see for them self how hard it is to get shot in a tree. I have never cheatet online and never will. when are whe gonna see something like punkbuster or another program that detects cheat because im getting tired of this. excuse my bad english

the same thing happend last night, but with a differens i shot a guy with the shot gun weapons popup but he still has full health, i run to get the weapons i get them, i shot him again weapons popup again i run over i take the weapons i see he still has full health i try to run away but he nail's my ass too the ground im dead, last thing i see is he takes my weapons . to bad i did't get screenis off this but it's not the first thing that comes to mind when im in a gun fight

Has this ever happend to you your in a gun fight suddenly you see the weapons popup and think yeah i killed him you run towards the weapon and suddenly you get killed by the guy you thought you killed is that a bug or what?

I have the same problem, so i dont ride as passenger. by the way GREAT JOB on the stunt map MTA TEAM, the crashes are also almost gone i only have 1 or 2 per game, but i do get disconnects alot happens on both official and none offficial servers.

Well the game already have so many bugs, so go ahead make my day your doing a great job MTA team keep it up one other thing is it possible for you to make a truck with a trailer<--dont no if this is the correct word for it) what im thinking about is the truck at the harbour it would be so cool if it had a trailer on it. excuse my bad english

how did you get daemon work ive tryed 4 some weeks now but cant get daemon to work i use clonecd 4 making a image. i use daemon for all my other games but this one wont work
