  1. I would assume that it would be physically possible to code it so you could turn off the army's tank system (or flatbeds or whatever,) but I doubt they'll give the option as it's way too selective. And I don't remember ever reading the exclusion of law enforcement in 0.3a.
  2. What would be the beneficial point to acquiring the drug, then?

    MTA 0.3

Because you can only set the limit at 2, or 10 or 30.
  4. Makes sense to me. Only problem is if a 56k user were the first in the area and others were streamed off of him.
  5. If you're saying a flat surfaced, downhill road, then, by physic's logic, wouldn't they fall at the same exact speed?
  6. That's another side of it. Could make sense. But if a pair of players are together in each separate section of the city, the server would have to do this for 15 separate areas.
  7. Xerox is right about it affecting everything (the slow-motion, I mean.) And no, drugs do not affect driving. Only on-foot.
  8. So, do the other players move at the same speed, but see the slowed character moving in slow-motion on their screen? It doesn't make much sense how they might sync simulataneously. I guess I may not be able to grasp the concept.
  9. Then they may choose not a game hosting that mode.

    MTA 0.3

I'm only assuming but it's rather obvious that you may choose those to be the maximum number (i.e. you can fall below or meet that amount.)
  11. Yeah, but the existance of prostitutes are already in the single-player version, so it's not repelling anymore feminists than this mode would.
  12. Pimp Mode: Pick up hookers from different areas and escort them to various locations. Playa Mode: Pick up and "use" the most hookers in the time limit and win.
  13. Well, you could have health scattered throughout the map, and also sell Health and Armor at the AmmuNation for an easy way to acquire it.
  14. I'm guessing the ability to take the drugs, which were scattered around the game in single-player won't exist in MTA? I mean, I don't see how you could possibly have your screen move in slow-motion while another's has the same stuff going on in regular speed. I guess I'm kind of talking to myself on this one.
  15. You could host the shops at any AmmuNation store... You could also make sure they sell items such as health and stuff.
  16. They could make it so that each game mode is at (or starts) at a certain location, for example: - To play Liberty City Survivor, gather players and head over to the stadium. Once enough players gather on the pink marker, you enter the stadium, the door closes and the game begins. - To play Drag Race, gather players and head to the strip in either Portland's China Town, Shoreside Vale's Airport, etc. The host would set the number of racers required to begin a race (before he hosts the game,) and once each player is set on their designated pink marker in their car, a countdown begins and players must snag the markers like a regular race. - To play Deathmatch, gather players and head to the pink marker in Portland's Punk Noodle to begin the game. Players may walk on that marker at anytime to jump in the Deathmatch game. Of course, you'd be able to exit each game at any time by either losing your life in Drag Race, stepping on the pink marker by Punk Noodle in Deathmatch or stepping on the pink marker by the exit of the Stadium in LCS. How does that sound?
  17. Can't an area be idle until a player wanders into it, and then the traffic and pedestrians begin to move again? For example, after you leave a portion of the screen, it freezes and goes back to a stagnent position and the new area that you're at begins to gain activity from the computer?
