I recently bought new laptop with licensed Windows 8.1. (about 2 weeks ago), I yesterday installed GTA V but it is giving me too much lag. I googled and found that 8.1 having issues in gaming. so decided to update to 10. After downloading offline update tool. I am getting this error.
