with Racer_S's camera hack you can make your own camera views, just google for it, check gta modding sites or go to the "other mods section"

thats how the game was designed and i dont think you could make a mod so that cols block explosions, of course it can be annoying but if you cant accept it than the discussion will never end... omg you hit me with the bat thru the wall! if you dont have anything modded on your game than it must be the bug, so just try to keep on clicking the start game button in the client and if that doesnt work close it and restart the client...fxed the prob for me and many others

as the team stated on the blue page: blue supports almost every single Vice City feature. so i would be very suprised if those anims wouldnt be synched, however, theres another thread about synch questions: http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=9920 so either a dev confirms this in here or you just have to mention it again in the other topic

just to add: the mta reporter tool always closes the game for me (before using the mta ert its was sometimes hard to find out if its just had a hanger for some secs or if it really crashed and sometimes it was a bitch to close the game)
