with 0.4.1 my Xfire just worked but with 0.5 I can't start mta while Xfire is running... but it supports GTA, and not MTA.

this has been discussed a long time a go in a galaxy not so far away, to be exact: on this forum. It depends on te serverside mod to use your own customized CJ or just a regular NPC. I prefer my own cj if you wanna read more about it, find the topic, but it's a good thing that your customized cj would be saved on your own pc and the server can read it, it would save you from making over cj everytime you join a server.
