The graphics card parts i dont fully agree with. GTA IV runs just about good at medium-low with an NVIDIA 9800GT, so the recommended should at least be an ATI HD4890 or NVIDIA GTX 260 or something alike, because those cards can run gta iv pretty smooth on high settings.

How about instead of paying for this b*llsh*t, allow the user to apply his clantag, community name or whatever, and then allow the dev's and mods to check them, and approve it. MTA should however, never become anything like the competitor, that wil only ruin the originality of the whole concept of MTA. So i disagree on most of this suggestion, because it has a money making minded thought, the most of this suggestion is about making money. Things like this can be done for free, and if MTA would be in high need of money, they would ask for donations, instead of go the butt riding method and make people pay to host.

It can be done through scripting and also there are many resources out there which does the same work. Try searching it on resources. Are you kidding me? There is no resource for evading the server spam. You don't know what's server spam, do you? Server spam is like, there is a server called "[FG]Locked due developement" and another guy creates a server called "[FG]Opened!". Now, you can post on my topic. SVN is quite a pain in the ass to set-up, especially if you want to get it synced up with multiple servers, but it works really good if you have more than one developer.

This is most likely a bug in your script.

I once hosted a server with 30 players on a pentium 2 with 128mb ram, no lag.

Thanks, some people use windows to host their server with, and windows is not always as stable, i hope this will help some people out, or atleast, thats the purpose of this tool.

Its all written in C# hence the need of the .NET framework.

The Intel Dual-core Celeron series is terrible. If you want a decent laptop, get the sandy bridge i series, they have much better performance. Altough, if you want to play something else other than MTA only. Get a desktop, build your own pc, its A. Good for your experience with computers B. A crapton cheaper. But if you want to go for a laptop, get either ASUS, DELL, or ACER. And the Sandy bridge ones, because the sandy bridge CPU's are very reliable, and super-fast.

libmysql.dll should go with the server .exe not in modules.

The sad part of this idea is that there are not many communities, with a mature administration team. Most of these roleplay servers, are just 12 - 13 y/o's running a server from their own pc, or buying a very cheap gameserver. The problem with them is, they are not to be taken seriously, they just mess around with everything, meaning that if they agree to merge, they will just backstab you because they are A. Power hungry, B. Dont like you anymore. The idea itself is good, but actually putting it to use will not work out very well. If there were more communities with roleplay servers, and a mature administration team, this plan could work out much better.

A massive merge is a bad idea, why you ask? Because most of the server owners are arrogant, ignorant, and underaged. If they would agree on merging, they would just wait out until the script has developped far enough, and then run away to start their own server again.

Its not forbidden to DISCUSS about this gamemode, its opensource after all.

Buy a ZyWALL, and put it infront of your serverrack, its like 700 dollars, but its an investment that is worth it.

Its probably the aspect ratio, since that seems to be 0..

It wont really work, unless the source is the actual player, otherwise he would have to get the player element from an argument.
