In my books, your second chance was granted through the temporary ban that was issued for you using a trainer. Instead of waiting for it to expire, you disregarded this warning and decided to try and bypass it by your own methods (which lead to your permanent ban as you openly admit) and because it didn't work out the way you though it would, you've decided to try and appeal it here (which, again, you openly admit). Unfortunately, as stated above, we're no longer handling ban-appeals and ban related discussion anymore.

From what you've provided, it looks like you got banned only on that server, therefore you should be fine joining other servers.
If this is not the case, nonetheless, please take into consideration that ban appeals and ban-related questions/issues are no longer being handled as of 25th January.

If your ban is temporary (in the error you're receiving there should be a time indication for how long the ban will last) then make sure to fully remove all the sketchy programs you might have running on your system and wait for the ban to expire.
If you're just getting kicked for the time being, then just make sure to remove the trainer and any other sketchy programs that might run on your system.

Not sure what you mean about the 'position indicator', but as long as you're able to connect to servers, then you're not banned and you should be fine.

Using sandbox or trying alternative measures without solving the root-cause of you getting constantly banned is not something that's going to work.
There's a reason you're getting banned on-and-on and you should go over the ban reason and take action in order to get your game/OS working properly again. Perhaps you're running something that you shouldn't run. Perhaps you've ran something that you shouldn't have ran, now it's deep into your OS and you're stuck in a loop of getting banned. You're the only one that can know for sure.
We can only advise you to do a full PC scan and figure out what's wrong with your device. If nothing helps and you're not permanently banned, perform a clean reinstall of the OS, avoid sketchy programs and you should be fine most of the time.

We encourage each and every player to always use a legitimate copy of the game (you can find ways to buy the game here: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Where_to_buy_GTASA) and not rely on (sketchy) versions that aren't genuine and which may or may not pose security risks.

In the future, please describe your issue further. While the MTADiag is of great help, it's easier and faster for us to provide you with assistance if we know the problem you're facing.
From what I gather you've got a couple of non-standard files, therefore please perform a clean reinstall of both GTA:SA and MTA (make sure the version you're installing is legitimate and does not contain any mods).
There's also an unhandled exception being registered (0xE06D7363). This is mostly caused by your low-specs hardware (in terms of memory)
In order to avoid this, you should either upgrade your system or play on better optimized, less resource-intensive servers that don't put so much stress on your setup.

There's nothing at the moment you can really do on your end to fix this.
At this point of time I can only recommend you to have patience while this gets worked out.

The server you're trying to join doesn't allow autohotkey. In order to avoid getting kicked, simply cease using autohotkey while playing on that specific server.
I believe you're using this for binds? If so, you can use the binding keys functionality provided within MTA by default via settings -> binds. There's no need for an external program for this. ?

Try updating to the latest nightly version and see if this helps (it contains this latest crash fix attempt): https://nightly.mtasa.com/mtasa-1.5.9-rc-21474-20221225.exe

Make sure you enter the right IP and port into the "server IP" and "server port" input boxes before hitting the "find server" button on https://multitheftauto.com/toplist/
From your screenshot it looks like you left both of those boxes blank.

As previously advised, please wait for your ban appeal to be handled by the anticheat team.

Hi, remove the trainer and you should be fine. The AC kicks you because it detects the use of cheats on your device.

LE2: We don't know where the trainer is located on your device. This is something you'll have to figure out for yourself. If your game is not legitimitate (as in - you did not bought it or did not bought it from trusted vendors) then we can't help you either way. Using a legitimate version of the game is needed if you'd like to get further assistance from us.
