Well, if you want to choose what resources to load when you start your server, check out the mtaserver.conf file and go all the way down. You'll see resources that start up when the server starts up.

Your ports are correct. I believe you port forwarded wrong. Show me your router's port forward page.

Modify the admin resource. Or if the older admin panel worked with flags then use older admin panel. I am using the older admin panel lol. I don't want to update it because I don't like the newer one. Can someone give me instructions on how to properly add flags?

I guess another word is Category. Like, when you click on the drop-down arrow and see all of the categories (items according to guieditor).

Hello. I'm making a GUI in Guieditor and I put in a scrollpane (with 3 items) and added buttons. But if I go to another item the buttons stay! How can I assign buttons to 1 item in a scrollpane?

Open mtaserver.conf and make sure it says 22003 for UDP and 22005 for TCP.

Why are you using 22003 for both? Use 22003 only for UDP. 22005 is the TCP.

How can you have all responsibilities if you only know isObjectInACLGroup and hasObjectPermissionTo?

Hey everyone. I was playing on my server and I noticed that the Turkish and Mexican flags (and a few others) are missing. I checked the admin resource and I couldn't find the flags! Is there an update for the admin resource or something?

It can't be. Look at the image of the folded blueprint (the tube). Now look at the "Blueprint Detail". It looks like they only showed a portion. Plus I doubt Rockstar would leak the whole entire map this early.
