we all know that selected users already have a special mode of mta with peds, cops, sidegames, missions, 100% syncing of everything.. problem is its single player

i dont know what the mod does, but if it only changes skins and nothing else there shouldnt be a problem, but if handling and the looks of cars has changed its going to crash it =( MTA suggest a clean gta3 install with no addons except gta3.

that was an idea that was discussed when mta first came out the police could be almost a third team, as basically, on missions, they are there to aprehend all players (who break the law), how the star based system would work etc is too difficult to go into without multiple situations

yes there were typos. And if you were overly anal retentive they would bug you =P But considering you went to the effort to correct them I can't really complain =)

good option for cablers, but ingame voice chat on 56k just lags everything personally, i would want ingame text chat, and team chatting perfected before i wanted to move on to voice chat.

it wsnt released in this ver, because the team were rushing to get it out (too many 0.3b game requests )
