If the "taxi.png" in the same folder as the meta.xml and scripts?

Do you have a file called "Multi Theft Auto.exe.dat" in the main folder where TA folder is located?

Can you take a screenshot of your CGUI Folder that's in the MTA Folder

Try deleting "gta_sa.bak"

Use OnVehicleDamage(Server-Sided) to update the health.

Can you post a screenshot of your MTA folder located in the MTA Main Directory(C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.3\MTA) and a screenshot of your GTA Folder.
