  1. hi, congratz with the big update, you've made a huge job, now it's even more convenient to use the script, but still a few thing caught my attention, first of all is the position of the deluxe scoreboard: since it's right in the center it lays on top of the timeleft thing: since centre is the default position for this element in most of the variantions of the race resource, i think it's a problem. would be great if you would add an option to move the scoreboard somewhere on the right side, like here for example: or even give a player an option to move the scoreboard freely anywhere on the screen, like in the race_nos2 resource: https://community.multitheftauto.com/in ... ls&id=2133 as i understand, the deluxe scoreboard doesn't show the ammount of players that are alive in each team, right? also i noticed a little typo, i guess something got lost in translation: i think you shouldn't do a separate menu for the quick managment (f6) it will fit in the managment panel (f2) just fine. at this point the script uses 5 keys and it's a bit too much, i understand that it has lots of features and all that and button layouts can be rearranged in the settings menu, but on some servers the F buttons can be already occupied with some other scripts like carfade/hide and etc and + as far as i understand the binds in the settings menu work for each player individually, e.g. if i for example changed something in here: this changes will apply only for me, right? if it is what i think it is then it's unnecessary. the thing is, many teams heavily rotate their players on clanwars(especially DM ones) and making it obligatory to change the cw state each time someone want to join or quit a team will make the job of a cw manager too tedious and monotonous. also, i could move this slider-bar down. is there any information down below yet or it's just a bug? that's it with remarks. as for ideas, i thought maybe you could add a free camera and custom vehicles skins for some popular vehicles like infernus, cheetah, hunter, sultan and etc in the distant future? it's not really necessary but it would make a nice addition to the script in my opinion.
  2. as i noticed from Iwasawa's video, ai controlled vehicles got no collisions, e.g. you can hit them as hard as you want, but it won't affect them and they will continue moving like nothing happened.
  3. windowed mode looks like mierda: http://www.twitch.tv/kisstard/b/625981357 i'm too used to full screen mode for the years that i've been playing mta, i don't think i'll be able to make a transition to the windowed mode even if it's necessary only when streaming. + i do really hate that in this mode everyone can see what i do when i switch to desktop/browser etc. unacceptable. in other games that i tested, such as cs:s, bioshock infinite, gta 4, even in the emulator of arcade machines MAME it was possible to capture gameplay in the full screen and choose exactly what i want to show/stream.
  4. Xsplit doesnt eat FPS also? It eats FPS is your PC hardware isn't good. xplit is a commercial programm, you got to buy it to use it. half assed solution, really. anyways, i also have issues with capturing mta when trying to stream it on twitch with obs. anyone else had thos issue? have you solved it? how?

Rules : This Tournament free for all, Anybody can participate. Each team consists on 3 players and 1 reserve. ​Number of rounds : 10. Number of maps: 5 , each map gets played 2 times in a row . If the team miss match without a reason, the team will be disqualified. If the team has less than 3 members in the server, then we play 2v3. If the team has less than 2 members in the server, the team will be disqualified. Only the players which are listed on the player list are allowed to play. In case of camping, your team will instantly lose the round. If someone times out before the map starts, we redo the map. If someone times out while the map is running (if he is alive), we play further. Do not spam, insult or provoke another contestant for any reason. If someone lags too much, reserve player plays then.   6. you mean that if you don't have admin rights you can't save them or? anyways, it will take some time for this script to become popular not many people yet know about it and not all of them need it, because clan wars are a rather narrow subject, so yea i myself don't use it yet because of the scoreboard size issues mainly. the other things that i've pointed out are important also, as soon as they get fixed i'll start using your script right away for our clan wars since i see a lot of potential in it. don't give up.

  8. i woke up this morning, launched mta and noticed that the problem has vanished all of the sudden, perhaps it was a client sided issue after all? 918 032 kbs.

  11. hey, so today i faced this problem when 1 of the core objects from DM:Rce became completely non-collidable: i tried to check it in mta editor, thought maybe it automatically switched collision options for this object, but the funny thing is, map editor doesn't even recognize this object's existence: for that reason i can't really tell you what is the exact id of the object, i thought it's vgEhshade_lvs, but the object seem to have a bit darker tone: and no, the problem is not related to this specific map, i tried some other ones too and the issue remained. i also tried to restart and update the server with the lattest build from 7 of january, but it didn't fix anything. before this problem appeared i didn't do or add anything on my servers, so i'm kinda confused and don't really understand what's happening. any tips?
  12. DDC is not using Bonsai's script. DDC mgm was made 1 year ago by Karevan. i guess Bonsai helped him somewhere along the way. it's noticable due to the things that spaik mentioned.

Hi, as you know it's impossible to delete files through the admin panel, BUT these files still physically exist (on vps or local machine, whatever you use to host your server) server just ignores them. so in order to return some file on the server you got to delete it from the server's folder, type "refresh" in the console and then upload the resource back on the server's folder and finally type refresh again. so my question is: are there faster and less tidious ways to restore a file? maybe a command of some sort? thanks in advance.

  17. руками добавлять каждый новый пост? соррьки, но это гемор ужасный для админа. не взлетит такой ресурс. таки и правда было бы лучше содрать 9gag (даром, что у ффс он уже несколько лет стоит) ну или какую группы со смешными картиночками из вк добавить, если это возможно. но автоматическое обновление обязательно конечно.
  18. Also, i thought maybe adding an option for disabling the main chat for everyone, but cw managers when a cw state is set to "running" would be a good idea. Because sometimes atmosphere on cws get be too hot, so cw managers have to cool it down with mutes and bans, etc. But again, i think it should be just an option, so people can decide for themselves whether the situation requires for disabling the main chat or not. I'm not sure about realization of this option, i mean how the script would tell who is a cw manager and who is not? should he belong to a specific ACL group? but giving even mod rights to someone you barely know can be extremely dangerous (you can get banned on your own server for example) and not all people know how to create a custom ACL group. Or should cw managers be appointed through the cw script itself? if it's possible you could make a menu like that: where people could appoint cw managers (and people who can talk in main chat) from each side.

Sure, go ahead if you think it's worth it, but keep in mind that by adding numerous options you might eventually overcomplicate interface of the script and it will be hard for users to navigate fast through it. Imo, you should start with editing already existing features, like the size of the scoreboard, i explained already in my previous message how it can be improved and i see that you agreed with some of my remarks, which is great. Another thing that can be improved is the cw managment panel, i think i mentioned already that it really needs a cw start/pause and stop buttons, you could put them somewhere here for example: as well as a counter that shows how many rounds are left before end of a cw, you probably could make the same menu as the ones that add/remove points to teams and place it somewhere here for example: And also I don't think that these "updates" and "about" tabs are really necessary in here, because they have nothing to do with actual clan war managment. I think it would be better to move them somewhere in the settings menu (F3). i just checked that, it's a very neat looking feature, but still full names of teams gotta go from the scoreboard, because they take too much room. i'm not alone who thinks like that, you can see that in tv translations of football matches nobody uses full teams name as well: the champions league: english premier league: eredivisie: i think i made my point here.

I'm glad that you agreed with me about the size of this thing, but in the same time i think that the current position of the table is the best one. of course you probably could put it in the middle somewhere, like in the cw script of Goomba: but it would it really make the difference? i'm not really sure about that. about editing the size of the scoreboard: i think you should remove displaying teams' names from it: because it's not really necessary + some teams names can be really long like "european power drifting" for example. it will just take too much room and look ugly. just teams tags and their colours should be enough. Also, perhaps the numbers in the score could be smaller a bit: as well as the word "score" and this huge gap in the bottom of the scoreboard aren't really needed i suppose: just wanted to thank you for adding this features in your script.
  21. i've never seen anyone to claim authorship of the 2 cw scripts that we had before: https://community.multitheftauto.com/ind ... ls&id=2018 https://community.multitheftauto.com/ind ... ls&id=3577 i mean unrightful claims of authorship, so yea... on topic, i've been really anticipating this resource, and im glad it's here finally. i understand that it's just the first public release, so something might not work correctly or some features missing, et cetera et cetera. with this said, i'd like to point some things that i noticed while using the script all alone for a brief time. later i'll bring some of my men together so we will be able to give it a proper test cw. anyways, first of all think that the size of the score table is a bit too big: you can clearly see how it completely dwarfs the somewhat default cw script for many servers: the thing is that many players, in DM at least, especially from the latin countries still play in the glorious 800x600 resolution, so it will take like half of the space of their screen resolution. i understand that the table can be hidden by pressing f7 if im not wrong, but it's actually supposed to stay visible at all times from the logical point of view. so i do really incourage you to work on the size of the thing. also, it would be great if all of the key elements of controlling a cw were in the same place. i honestly couldn't find where to change the ammount of maps that are left before end of cw. and i also i couldn't find how to start or finish or pause a cw state. take a look at how it's done in this cw script: would be more convenient for cw managers if your script had kinda the same design about this feature. and one very minor complaint, it's not really urgent or anything, but when you got the time would be cool if you would add an option that lets to change vehicles headlight colour. the clanwar2 script has it: i didn't notice any more major flaws for now and gotta give you credit for making this map queue thing: it will sure make DD cw managers life a bit easier and cws themselves go smoother and for this panel which tells in which cases to give a point to one team or another: i haven't tested it yet, but it looks very promising. hopefully any bugs won't occur to me along the way. that's it for now, good luck with improving the script.

Hi, so my problem is pretty simple, some players' countries do not appear in scoreboard (They've got N/A written instead of a country flag) and some players' countries are shown wrong, i've got a few examples when a guy from moldova had a romanian flag in scoreboard and a polish guy became a czech guy all of the sudden. I've tried to download the lattest admin resource, but it didn't fix anything, so maybe you guys know how to fix the issue that i'm having?
