First you need to do a port fowarding go to cmd type in ipconfig then where it says default getaway get that ip and type it on the url bar . Then you need to look for ur account on the wirless modem or internet modem type in the pass and name then go to Advence then to Port Forwarding type in the name ip addreas public port then if you want to check that u dont the Port Forwarding download the program called PFPortChecker then check and if its done then go back to Advence and this time go to Firewall & DMZ DMZ means "Demilitarized Zone". DMZ allows computers behind the router firewall to be accessible to Internet traffic. Typically, your DMZ would contain Web servers, FTP servers and others. Enable the dmz time the ip addreas in . Then selecte you're computer name save it and it should be working . Hope it will work .

this is where people doesnt know after u fowreded ur port make sure u activated ur DMZ that lets people go on ur ip so then ur server will be on Internet .

I think it gives a error on chat because when i went on server and i loged in i found this :

nick4ever you're server is messed up . I went on it to tell you how to get admin panel and then some one said that he told you. When i was about to leave he slaped me and i told him k you dont need to slap me and then every one start slaping me and just messing about with me . Then i said this server is a mess up you need to fix it up and some one said our choose then some one come with a small plane shuting at me and i got a m4 and i start shuting at them and then some one with the name mero or something like that banned me . Why did he banned me ? I get a right to tell you that you should talk to that guy and tell him not to banned people that are doing just the right thing and they are not cheating .

Write on ur server window : addaccount [name] [password] then type shutdown . then go to acl then go where it says : bettween RPC and resouce.admin type it should look like this then save it open the server login withthe account that you made and it should give you acess to the admin panel .
