Exacto. De hecho esto lo habia mencionado ya en la seccion "General" del foro en ingles. Mi antiguo nombre "The Kid" era porque yo era un aficionado al juego I Wanna be The Guy, precisamente.

El poster promocional de I Wanna be The Guy tiene un link, que te lleva a la pagina oficial del juego, donde tienes descripcion del mismo, fotos, links de descarga, y hasta el foro del juego. Para resumir, I Wanna be The Guy es un plataformero de nivel extremo, donde tus vidas son infinitas pero se compensa con la exorbitante dificultad del juego. Eres "The Kid", quien busca derrotar a "The Guy" para poder tomar su trono y volverse "The Guy". Para ello necesitas conseguir los 6 items especiales, que cada jefe del juego te proporcionara (sin contar a los 2 ultimos jefes, el vigilante del castillo de The Guy, y The Guy mismo). Usa graficos tomados de varios juegos de la era dorada, solo mencionando entre unos pocos a Megaman II, Rampage, Street Fighter II, Punch Out! y Super Mario Bros. 3.

It's pretty obvious. Just extract the contents of the ZIP file anywhere, run that "gtasapatch_final.exe" application and follow the instructions.
