are you running mta in windows 98 compaitbility mode? because i had that too and i switched it to windows xps2 and it worked fine on the settings i wanted it to run on.

i have same problem and this sux my system: windows vista home premium intelpentiumD (2,8ghz) atix1100 integrated 1gb ddr2 RAM

is that in the mta options menu becuase it crashes so fast that i cant acces anything there

mine is downgraded and it still doesnt work

i have the exact same problem i see the mta menu for like 2 seconds and then nothing but the music still goes on wtf! any one plz have a solution

okay. it works now but not really it fire's up and then at the part of the mta menu it crashes

do you mean the video settings on the game or what also what kind of OS do you have ? again i tried i also renamed the client in C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\race wich was assinged as a possible solution to people with windows vista but still no luck

i have the same problem im running windows vista home premium and i get the splashscreen and then nothing i tried it with(even windows98) and without compitability mode both didn't work. this has to be fixed

actually i can write proper english but i don't pay attention to it i type fast and so yeah mistakes happen. big deal who pays attention to grammar any way.

srry for not using a comma and points and shit like that. it isnt that complecated just inmagine a race with only checkpoints and your teammember has to build the road for you or when you are the editor you have to build the road for him.

yo i just came up with this idea for a race:there will be teams i dunno how many maximum of 16 depending on how many players are in server now the map creater has made a race with checkpoints but no road or what ever only checkpoints and he has selected a few objects that can be used now when the map begins there will be a racer and a spectator now the spectator has to build a road for the racer(his team member) to the next checkpoint with the objects the map creator has assigned to be used

yo this just came up in my head will you be able to shoot from trains? cuz then you would have a drive by view like in car maybe that would solve the problem or at least part of it

that would be great but tanks are way to havey and the plane will probably explode when you would roll it in unless you would mod the tank too but then it will loose some of its cool elements

well look the moment someone exits a car till the moment it has closed the door or its normally positioned on the ground he/she will be come on solid so its the person who becomes not solid . and my question is how will that be on mta

you might have noticed it in singleplayer but when you or a ped or what ever exits a car it becomes not solid wich rlly sux cuz you cant take ehm out is this the same in mta or will it be diffrent?
