WIP tdm chinatown: teams: Da Nung Boys (South side) vs. Triades (North side) they are separated by 2 buildings, so they can meet eachohers only in chinatown; also, area is locked with other buildings, so no1 can escape pickups - didnt add them yet; since triades have terrain advantage (they are on higher levels, roofs etc) I think I should give them "weaker" weapons vehicles: only sanchez; 1 per 2 players (those haystacks on screenshots represent vehicles, and sanchezes are spawnpoints) a suggestion: prefixes I think we should give prefixes before maps, like tdm, dm, mh (man hunt)....etc, like in CS:S and HL2DM, so players know what to expect; and I think that should be official; maybe like [tdm] namehere, tdm@namehere, tdm_namehere....... questions: if 1 da nung boy kills another1, who doesnt look like him, will that be teamkill? I mean, does script group diferent peds (like triades, dn boys, grove families....) in teams, or script counts every diferent ped like diferent team? is there some way, in pre-dm mapping, to make players spawn with their weapons? cause all I know now is to put weapon pickups etc, but I want them to spawn with armors,and some "default" weapons edit: forgot to say, its 16vs16 playrs map

  3. yes it would be easier, but "my" way you see it in map editor how it looks like and u can change it easier
  4. i guess it's too late for this to be part of mta:dm, but maybe not too late for next versions, etc. there it goes: get cursor onto water, click, press shift + home = rise water level no need to explain more than that

  8. OMG it sux! HARD! I'm not joking! It's completely UN-Playable. CPS - too small for such a big vehicles (small for 1 vehicle, not to mention 32!) and placed on wrong places. It's supposed to be a race map (since it has CPS), not a survive-dont-miss-cps-10-mins-horor. U've made that island very well. It maybe have some future in MTA:DM, but not here. I like when a race is hard and when u need skills to finish it and compete others, but here, u need nerves to play this, to finish this, to compete others. Patriots are slow, cargobobs are too big and slow, rustlers - I didnt have nerves to wait to test them. As for the screenshots - please use thumbnails

    I tested it. Very nice etc. But, I found out that there is a "laggy dinghy"screen, or however is that called. that happens when u drive fast,change car to dinghy and jump into water. that happened at the sandking->dinghy spawn.
  10. u scroll with middle-finger? ontopic: the part where rustler changes into bike and then into patriot, doesnt egsist! u just keep flying until cheetah spawn at airport. and the last cp is in the visage hotel and u get there in hydra. and i didnt see those climbings in monsters and other SUVs..... explain this
  11. so we can just make map (terrain, structures...) and wish some weapons and u will add spawnpoints and weapons, when u edit maps?
  12. hello there I've this problem with stats: how to turn them to be positive?
  13. I found this problem: those piers or whatever they are in an invisible bounding box, so I cant get under the pier, or leave it if there is spawnpoint under the pier. But maybe I'm wrong....Any idea? btw those things are in objects/miscelaneous/ladders,stairs & (something) And if its true (what I said) is there any way that developers remove that box before mta:dm comes out? btw, its my wip
  14. 2 maps that I've made are remakes from CS:S. fy_industry is like fy_dustworld, fy_iceworld.... and he_grenade_arena like other he_ maps. but, now 1 question: are there (in mtadm) default weapons? Like, when u spawn in a team or alone, will u get some weapons? I'm right now making an asault map for 32 players and if i have to add weapons for every player.....
  15. added 2nd map: he_grenade_arena if u have problems with seeing pic - its like voleyball arena, surrounded with fence and audience. there is 1 big fence in the midle-separates arena on 2 parts; and there are 2 stairs (1 from every side of fence) - to get across the fence if u want. teams: Ballas vs. Grove. weapons: hand grenades, molotov coctails and a katana. hope u'll like it (i dont like it much)
  16. OffTopic: @ sprinter: u didnt put any weapons in that map? OnTopic: this is my first dm map - fy_industry: there are also spawnpoints, pickups etc but I removed them for this photo session . spawnpoints are at north and south side of the map. teams: SWAT vs. Ballas I hope u'll like it.

  19. @ Sprinter: you have made 20 (player) spawns (10 bells vs 10 burgers) right? but your first 10 spawns belong only to one team and other 10 spawns to another team. that means if there is, like 11 players on a server it will be 10 vs. 1 am I wrong? edit: so make like this: 1386.979370 1698.992554 10.480690 205 1385.492920 1704.336548 10.480690 167

    0/0, 0/10.....0/32 means there is nobody online
  22. its in: mta san andreas/server/mods/race/vehiclecolors car colors are ok in map editor. but i fucked up colors for server. if its online, u can see in :::BLACK VEHICLES::: server ... 95% cars, planes and boats are black. but nvm, i got used now. it looks cool. anyway thanx for help
  23. if u have ever made a map, u could see in map editor that some cars have some strange colors, that u cant see online. so i added cpl of colors in "vehicle colors" file.....and got 95% of cars painted black! then I deleted my changes and all cars were black again. then I deleted that file (there is a note in file that, if u mess up something, just delete file and new will come when u start ur server...) and colors were/are still black. solutions?

  25. those cs_logs... are smaller than those trees on picture. those in ramps are smaller than Sandking and those on pic. are higher than a sandking
