No you don't get what i'm saying. Go into options when you immediately press "Start Game" on the external client and change the resolution. Then you can start playing the actual game.

me being in LCG..all I have to say is..wow. Actually use a VIDEO and not just screenshots. You could barely tell what was going on.

Haven't you ever heard of the "ilikedressingup" cheat? It's possible to use those characters.

Yes I know that's what they mean. You do see the Columbian peds in those kind of cutscenes! Like the beginning cutscene (Senor Dickhead..)

You DO see the Columbians moving in cutscenes, same with Yakuzas.
