I see, here's the latest wireless driver then. Can you temporarily move D3D9.dll out of the GTA:SA directory and see if FPS improves?

Your audio driver is 1.5 years out of date, and your Ethernet driver probably is too. Just update them. Do FPS issues occur in all servers? How about map editor? Single-player GTA:SA? What is the purpose of your d3d9.dll?

VMWare Player is another software similar to VirtualBox, but I think VMWare Player has better 3D capabilities. Install VMWare Player on the host machine and then install your desired operating system again, then install VMWare Tools when it asks. GTA:SA should work then.

CLEO mods are not supported by MTA. Furthermore, any local changes made to GTA:SA files (gta3.img mods, etc) will not show up for other players. However, servers can opt to replace skins / models for the entire server via scripting, I believe.
