  1. Yet is there much demand for it? No there isnt, i dont think the team will waste their time working on gta3 mta blue when demand isnt very high and more will play SA and VC, and it would be easier just to not do gta3 blue, because when we have SDK and mta vc blue, someone can make a function inside LC for it to work, or even easier the LC Team can implent mta vc blue functionality, just like with vc-mp, and with LC mod, you have better physics than gta3, cause its on vc engine, and you have bikes, helicopters ect
  2. I agree with chappel, But i did notice something that gave me an idea, why dont you show the critical bugs, and minor annoying bugs one time in a video, that would help stop people moaning for one, and too it'd just be intresting aswell to see the bugs you have to play with around

I think you can aim freely while driving take a look at this picture and observe it, http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/1153 ... 0015pq.jpg As you can see the driver is on the left hand side, were in gta the wheel is, also notice at the same time he is freely aiming and shooting at the S.W.A.T Tank, nice feature guys keep it up Wonder what the big feature is , A.I is my guess

Co-op would be possible, I think, if people set there mind to it, now i dont know any programming language atall, but i have the common sense to think of features possible to make, ways of making things work ect, you could stream the peds, and make paramaters, so you make areas, say, you could have grove streets to the beach as a area, and the rest blocked off by collision paramters, so you can play co-op with normal things with about 32 players so its not to cramped

Well, the map format problem could be easily fixed if you made a converter each time you changed the map file format so your QA Team dont get pissed of and can convert their old maps into the new format, which could also help for the public release so you have more maps done, balanced pretty well since they dont have to start again
  6. Server bug i think, unless u changed some of the settings (author ect) meta data i thinks its in, not sure.

Yes, but since animations like kiss enable a cutscene i doubt they could sync correctly, nice idea if they can sync it though, through experience i'd guess.... yes on dance... tuants yes, except for some like slap hand ect, kissing prob not, and im not sure online kissing in gta is at the top of their list
  8. I'd imagine itll crash.... think of it this way, if you edit the lc map for sa.. and try to implent the trains, when the trains appear, trains havent had AI programmed to stop at ur custom area, they crash, and because of that the game crashes, hard to explain but believe me i know

Well, trains are coded in a special way, now since 2 trains, in the code they didnt add 2 trains ramming into each other as a trigger, because the A.I is programmed to stop for you there, this im guessing will cause a crash unless mta code a function to derail the trains, or maybe make a collision script so that if it sees the stream loading another train at that particular point, one train will come to a halt to let the other past, only other solution is the players common sense
  10. Kinky, im guessing he'll probaly want to use the SDK For a hud, custom models, maps ect, so you are probaly wasting your time asking him to try a sa-mp one, though if he doestn want the hud, custom models and maps yeah i think your two groups should merge

Hey dude nice, I can edit some videos for you if you get round to making this, I use Wmm2 (Yes i know boo-hoo) But I pwn with it, To get custom titles for it, i animate a pictue in PS7 and imageready and insert the pic, For flashes ect i use fade in white, Believe me, if people looked in hard to wmm it could pwn, anyway if your intrested, You know how to pm.

    Barracks

    This is my newest and 2nd map for mta san andreas, I built this thinking of barracks, it is basiically a dm map with infernus's and hydras, there are two sides two the map, you can drive to the other side by going down a section then going up again to the other side, also there is a long road you can drive down to, so when your driving, you may see in the distance somebody speeding right at you, here are some pics If you like it download here http://www.center.mtasa.com/?p=race&r=3485 I need some beta testers and somebody to upload to a server, if ur instrested in beta testing, or can upload to a server for me, add my msn ([email protected])
  17. I think it's possible, i have already made a dm map with race ed, but it will work on race and dm well, also, it's more likely you will be able to select a model from a selection rather than have your model from solo mode
  18. Did you edit the gta3.img atall? If so in what way? Also the serve might not be able to handle hydra's for some reason, i know another which had the problem, till the server manager re-installed sa, weird i know lol
  19. I HAVE FOUND THE SOLOUTION, for all you guys that have my problem, make sure you do these three things 1. Don't run winamp in background while playing 2. Check your username, if it stayed the same from 1.0, when you could use spaces and these symbols [ and ], take em out, for example, my name. [TLR] Shadowsniper, that was my nick in 1.0, now u have to change it so it's like this, TLR-Shadowsniper 3. Check if your client dll is 573kb, if not, ill give you the dll i have done to fix it. It is compatible with all servers and is future proof, so you wont have more problems when patches come out, to get the dll, email me, i am going to ask for it to be hosted, my email is [email protected] EDIT- Only use method 3 if number 1 and 2 dont work
  20. I have done all that, thats why i said mostly everything you can think of all i can do is test SA-MP atm, and that's some buggy mod
  21. Game version is 1.0, i could play MTA 1.0 fine, but with 1.1 and 1.1.1 i cant
  22. Well i cant join any server, me and chrml know its to do with not being able to load the race mod. I have been stuck on the issue for a long time, i have made new progress, i made my own server instead of trying to join a random server, and this is what happened http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/8817 ... 7172sa.jpg hopefully this will help u guys fix the problem EDIT- I checked, its not the registry, and re-install will do nothing, probaly everything you can think of has been tried
  23. I found a way round it, but I wouldnt recommend it, you have to edit a file in normal gta:sa, then you can build the map, but others wont be able to play the map cause there object limit is lower than objects in the map, and you wouldn't be able to get online cause of anti cheat
