Scripting isnt the answer for everything. I've seen a lot of people just tell the OP to script it. Dont get me wrong the scripting system is very good in MTA, but its not the answer to everything. This suggestion is nice but its just not worth the time it would take to implement something like this.

To make 2 shortcuts to MTA just simply install it to one path then install it to the other path.

I think voice should be enabled by default. I only found one server with about 4 or 5 voice chatters.

There is already a feature like that in the voice resource if im not mistaken. I dont know much about that resource but check in its settings to see if/how to enable the text when someone is voice chatting.

The video was good until 0:44 then you had to lag shoot and it took you longer to kill them.

Here's my thoughts on this matter. You clearly said that the compiling is due to the fact that you want fair play, but adding some code to give you power to ban whoever you want is wrong. You should leave that option to the server administration. All the work that you have put into the security of this resource is useless and suspicious, and the fact that you removed lil_Toady's edit proves that all the things that you denied has some truth behind it.

Set Blue Score and Set Red Score is a bad idea because that will allow clans to cheat.

SOPA and PIPA where held back. The 2 bills wasn't canceled but they are now on the back burner which means there not a high priority bill now. Lets hope that they will eventually be canceled.
