No, you're wrong, Spearhead is the code name for the server. Although creating mods themselves will require C++ knowledge (to some extent), it'll be very possible for other people to make mods that allow settings to be changed in config files, or even implement a basic scripting language... Custom files of any type (appart from the gta exe) are supported. i wonder why not the .exe? probably some sort of security exploiting possible, if that were allowed. in any case, i hope somone does come up with a scripting language... because i really suck at C++ but the, i have all summer (assuming blue is relesed....im voting for this winter) to try and catch up.

now, would it fly better then the Skimmer, i imagine itll just be faster. it would be kool if in mid-air you could change the fly(car) type in memory (maybe possible) like for takeoff, heli handling, flying, modded skimmer handling.

(to me anyway)

lol. made me laugh, that said... i think players wont present such a problem. limit people from accessing the other islands, and also.. the playerlimit and car limits in VC might not be the same for GTA:SA... there might be a possibility of more players then 26, 32, or even 50....who knows.

OK.....this is a really odd problem. i have a wireless internet router (more then just wireless, also LAN) with 3 attached devices on it. (usually) my gaming PC is 192.168.0.2 my XBOX is 192.168.0.4 the computer im on now is 192.168.0.3 now here is my problem. when i go to connect to MTA, first it does nothing, then freezes then my internet goes down, LOL. this is very annoying... ok something wierder. MTA worked on my one PC, until just recently (about a week ago) THEN, my newest PC, mta worked, now it doesnt (thats just today) could it have to do with port triggering/forwarding. im confident it has to do with my router in some way..

oh the DRAMA. but, i will have to go with.... 1) r33d is the dumbest hacker ever. he watched DJ-Mills go down for that shit, and didn't fix his flaw. and he was cheating. 2) biggest glitch in MTA history, its very hard to confuse the python with m60. normally its the m60 (last weapon) with kick/punch. im voting number 1, sorry bud wish i knew ya.
