lot's of solutions for that, you can find in GUS the line if (!vote* iswm $3) { and change it to if ($3 == !votemap) { or you can just put the !votekick/!voteban code above the !votemap command

$3 $4 $5 $6 $7 $8 $9 etc. if you do like $4- it will use all the params from the 4th one
