but serial can be changed easily whit a progroam shall be both show me the program that can change your mta serial... Servers also verify the user serials with community users database, so unless you hack this one any keygens or anything that changes your serial wont work out well

You can add admins without editing server files, there are scripting functions for that, you can do it via http admin, and it should be in the ingame admin (well, yeh, should )

First one is scriptable, and you have to use mta accounts system cause it's in touch with all the ACL stuff, nothing will work without acl

No, vehicle mods can cause sync troubles too, they have different collisions, if you really want your vehicle mods go script it so MTA replaces them, MTA Team has given us model replacing funcs for that.. But don't mod your gta, or have 2 copies installed, one for mods and second for MTA.

An anti-cheat is being worked on, it was not worth putting a incomplete anti-cheat in, as it would be hacked easier, better wait till the complete system is fully done
